Dance Labyrinth (since Bronze Age)

We have constructed a labyrinth marked with stones. It is based on a Swedish labyrinth from the 19th century. Over the years a deep track has been worn by the countless number of children’s feet that have tried to find their way in and out of the labyrinth.

The pattern of the labyrinth is known from many countries in Europe and Africa all the way back to the Bronze Age, 3500 years ago.

We constructed our labyrinth on the top of a high hill, close to the sky gods and with a fantastic view over hills, lakes and woods, and over the Iron Age village and the lowlands towards Roskilde.
